24 hours notice must be given if changing or cancelling an appointment. Failure to do so will attract a charge of 30% of the total treatment cost.
Envisage accepts all cash and credit card payments except American Express.
Products and gift vouchers are non–refundable. Products can be returned for credit within 7 days of purchase
